Shipping & Returns

Welcome to Lighted Seasons. If you purchase from our online store, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. Lighted Seasons reserves the right to modify or change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you. Therefore, we recommend that you please read them carefully before you use this website.

Sales Tax

We are obligated by Georgia state law to charge applicable State, County, and City sales tax on items delivered to a Georgia address. Shipments to all other areas are tax-exempt.

Shipping Fees and Transit Time

We offer free ground shipping on most continental domestic orders over $100.00.

Orders under $99 will be charged a shipping fee calculated based on your desired shipping location.

In stock orders will ship in 2-5 business days. As a small business, we do our best to manage inventory and demand and we will contact you directly if your item is on backorder.

We ship from our warehouse in Atlanta, Georgia. Typically, most Eastern states receive their packages in 2-4 days of shipment, whereas Western states receive their package in 5-7 days of shipment. The Northwest takes the longest, the South the shortest. Shipping my take longer due to the impacts of COVID-19.

International Orders

We do not offer Free Shipping to countries outside of the United States. We ship internationally via USPS. Please note that the USPS does not offer tracking information.

Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns on your order within 14 days of receipt of the product if the product is in the original packaging (including all packaging materials and accessories). The items must be suitable for resale. The customer will be refunded (less the shipping costs not included in the initial order and a 15% restocking fee) once we have received the returned item and inspected the item for damage. Items returned will be issued a refund via the same method in which the item was purchased.

Merchandise that has been altered, or damaged in any way does not qualify for return or refund.

To return a product, you must request a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning the product. Products without a valid RMA number may be refused from the shipper.

 

A Return Materials Authorization may be requested online or by contacting us at info@lightedseasons.com or (678)827-6133. Once we issue an RMA, we must receive the product within 10 days. Otherwise, a refund might not be given.

Merchandise must be returned and shipped at customer’s expense.

When returning any item, please be sure to pack the product properly. We recommend that you purchase shipping insurance. We cannot provide a refund for any product received in our warehouse in damaged condition. In such a case, you must file a claim with the shipping company and advise us as what to do with the damaged product. We will hold your product for 45 days, after which the product will be recycled.

Damaged Products

Do not sign for and/or do not accept receipt of any products that are visibly damaged. If a product appears to be damaged, please refuse delivery of the item and notify our customer service department immediately at (678)827-6133.

 

Any product that is received damaged must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Georgia Lighting cannot accept responsibility for any damages not reported within this timeframe. Upon receiving a product that is damaged, you must contact us for a Returned Materials Authorization number before returning the product.

Additional Information

Lighted Seasons does not allow re-routing of packages while in transit.

If there are any issues with your products once you receive them, please contact us and allow us the chance to make it right. Your satisfaction is our number one priority.
